History
The home was first shown extant in the 1929 map of Haverford. Despite its inclusion on said map, it is not present in the 1930 census.
Although the home itself did not catch on fire, the property of 319 Valley did burn when a fire broke out on the railroad tracks that used to run on the Northeast border of Llanerch.

The home stayed within the Crock family through at least 1990, when it sold to their daughter Carol. Realty records are conflicting after this point, but it potentially sold in 2000 or 2006, but it definitely sold in 2015 for $400,000.
